Responsibilities
Verdenergia srl will not be held responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services proposed in the catalogue published on the Verdenergia srl website, not even for delayed or non delivery of the product, nor for correspondence of the goods to the specifications as published on the site, nor for any other reason which is not directly attributable to Verdenergia srl.

Verdenergia srl therefore reserves the right to modify/adapt technical and dimensional information of the product in the catalogue, as communicated by the producers, even without prior notice.

Since access and the possibility to submit orders online, modifies in real time the availability of the product, Verdenergia srl cannot guarantee the confirmation of the goods ordered.
Risk and Property
The goods are sent carriage paid and insured as per charge in the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of Verdenergia srl up to destination to customer’s address. In case the goods are shipped carriage forward, as per customer’s request (customer sends his carrier to pick up the goods from our warehouse), the risk is borne by the customer from the moment of delivery to the carrier. At the moment of delivery of the goods, the customer must verify that the packages are whole and that the number and quality corresponds to the accompanying delivery document (DDT). In the event of deformity of the goods, the customer must immediately place a note on the document of the courier by placing the wording “subject to inspection of the goods” and within eight days notify Verdenergia srl via fax or e-mail. Even if the package delivered is whole, the goods must be checked within eight days from receipt of same. Any hidden damages must be notified in writing via fax or e-mail within eight days. Any notification after said terms, will not be taken into consideration. Any declaration stated is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders
Orders are accepted only in written form, via fax or Internet (online). The customer submitting an order via Internet will receive notice, at the end of the procedure, confirming the order or via e-mail indicating the relative order number; assuming that after having sent the order, an order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the request will be considered as not having been received, to all effects of the law, even for accounting or administrative purposes or absence of the product.
MINIMUM ORDER
For deliveries in Italy the minimum order is indicated in the cart, for goods within the EU the minimum order is € 150,00 (excluding transport costs). For customs purposes we do not deliver plants outside the EU. Transport charges are automatically calculated by the system and are to be considered as a mere indication. In case of deliveries to secluded parts of the world, should the charges calculated automatically not be enough to cover the effective shipping cost, we shall contact you and inform you of the actual transport cost. If you consider this cost to be too high, we shall deduct the corresponding amount from the order, and you can send your transport company to collect the goods. However, we reserve the right not to deliver to parts of the world that are not covered by transport companies we consider reliable.

All the prices on the website, in the relative column, include VAT. Prices can be modified at any time, without prior notice.
Payments
Goods supplied must be paid by advance bank wire or credit card (via PayPal service maximum amount of € 2.500,00, unless otherwise agreed to in writing with Verdenergia srl.).
Order with bank wire payments are processed only once the amount has been credited to the account.
